FAQs

Where can I find information/have questions asked about Tuning?

How can I get in-touch with TDC?

Is TDC strictly performance, or do they perform general maintenance as well?

What kind of Dyno does TDC have?

Does TDC sell the parts that they install?
Yes. TDC sell parts from every industry leading manufacturer, as well as OEM parts.

Will TDC install used parts or parts that were bought elsewhere?
Yes. However, customers should know that used parts may be missing parts or require extra labor that will result in an extra charge. This will be discussed with the customer before the service is rendered. Parts purchased from other sources are fine.

Does TDC have a warranty on their work?
Of course. We stand behind every job that we do. Parts that we install are covered under their manufacturers warranty.

I had my car tuned at another shop. Can TDC “touch up” the tune for the retuning fee?
No. Our retuning rates only apply to customers that we created teh original calibration for. In the case that your car was tuned elsewhere, our full tuning rate will apply for the first time on our dyno.

Why does TDC post videos and dyno charts of the cars they tune?
We post a select few of the cars that we work on, both on our daily Blog, and on internet forums that we sponsor. This not only showcases the quality of work that we do, but also allows potential customers to see the outcome that they can expect while dealing with TDC. While we reserve the right to use images and video of the cars in our shop, you can simply opt out of this if you don’t want the exposure.

Will TDC sponsor my Race/Street/Show car?
We do have occasional sponsorship spots open, however these are filled quickly. If you think that you have a car that we would be interested in sponsoring, feel free to send us pictures, mod lists, dyno charts, event schedules, along with any other info that may be helpful.
